ABSTRACT

Health development in Indonesia has a mission to organize quality health care, equitable and affordable to all levels of society. Diverse geographical conditions in Indonesia is a challenge for the Government to realize the health penyelenggaraaan unaffordable. Gresik has a diverse geographical conditions, mountains, hills, plains and some small
islands. This condition causes operational referral system is not running properly. Analysis of spatial data needed to formulate policies in the area of health care equity. This research was crosectional by taking the coordinates of a health facility in Gresik. The study also took a secondary data on health services and transportation agencies. Spatial analysis results indicate the availability of maternity clinics and laboratories are not evenly distributed in Gresik (p> 0.05). While based on the analysis of CFA availability of medical personnel (doctors), laboratories, pharmacies and transportation are the main factors affecting the level of health equity of access in Gresik. Kecamatan Gresik, Kebomas, Manyar and Driyorejo a district with an access level of health equity at the highest in Gresik. While the District Pond, Sangkapura, Benjeng and Kedamean a district with health equity of access to be considered in Gresik.
